Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication

Mr. Somesh Patil shall cease to be the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) of 360 ONE Asset management Limited and shall accordingly cease to be the Key Personnel, with effect from close of business hours of August 31, 2026.
