Public Issue of 8013100 equity shares of Rs 10 each for cash at a price of Rs 162 per equity share by Deccan Chronicle Holdings Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") aggregating Rs 129.81 crore (hereinafter referred to as "the issue"). The issue will have a Green Shoe Option of 1201960 equity shares of Rs 10 each for cash at a price of Rs 162 per equity shares aggreating Rs 19.47 crore. The Issue and the Green Shoe Option aggregate Rs 149.28 crore . The issue would constitute 20% of th fully diluted post issue paid-up capital of the company, if the Green Shoe Option is not exercised and 22.3% if the Green Shoe Option is exercised.
