Public offer of 11,10,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each ("equity shares") of Manas Properties Limited ("MPL" or the "company") for cash at a price of Rs. 360 per share (the "offer price"), aggregating to Rs.39.96 crores ("the offer") consisting of fresh isue of 1,50,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs.5.40 crores and an offer for sale of 9,60,000 equity shares by the selling shareholders aggregating to Rs.34.56 crores ("offer for sale"),of which 57,600 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each will be reserved for subscription by market makers to the offer (the "market maker reservation portion"). The offer less market maker reservation portion i.e. Offer of 10,52,400 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each is hereinafter referred to as the "net offer". The offer and the net offer will constitute 26.68% and 25.29%, respectively of the post offer paid up equity share capital of the company. The face value of the equity share is Rs. 10 and the offer price is 36 times of the face value.
