Initial public offering of up to [*] equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each ("equity shares") of GO AIRLINES (INDIA) LIMITED ("The Company" or The "issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. [*] per equity share (including a premium of Rs.[*] per equity share) ("issue price"), aggregating up to Rs. 3600 Crores (the "issue"). The issue shall constitute [*]% of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company. The company, in consultation with the BRLMS, may consider a further issue of equitty shares through a preferential issue or any other method as may be permitted in accordance with applicable law to any person(s), aggregating up to Rs. 1500 Crores, at its discretion, prior to filing the red herring prospectus with the roc ("pre-ipo placement").
