Initial public offer of up to [*] equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each ("Equity Shares") of Indiafirst Life Insurance Company Limited ("Company" or "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. The pre-ipo placement, if undertaken, will be at a price to be decided by the company in consultation with the book running lead managers. if the pre-ipo placement is undertaken, the minimum offer size (comprising the fresh issue so reduced by the amount raised from the pre-ipo placement, and the offer for sale) shall constitute at least [*]% of the post-offer paid-up equity share capital of the company.
