| Initial public offering of up to [*] equity shares of face value of Re.1/- each ("Equity Shares") of Encube Ethicals Limited ( "the Company" or "the company") for cash at a price of Rs. (the "Investor Selling Shareholder", and together with the promoter selling shareholder, the "selling shareholders", and such equity shares so offered, the "offered shares", and such offer, the "offer for sale").
