Silver Tanks Near Two Week Low, Melts 8% From Record High

COMEX Silver futures melted today. The metal tracked weakness in COMEX Copper futures and fell near $30 per ounce, testing two week low. Copper also fell more than 2% amid sustained selling pressure. Equities were choppy. China?s Shanghai Composite index rose 0.41% while Japan?s Nikkei 225 index edged up 0.22%. Hong Kong?s Hang Seng index stayed supported after testing one month low. European stocks tanked. German DAX fell 1.25% and French CAC is down 0.80%. US stocks mostly gained in last session though DOW eased. Silver has corrected nearly 8% after hitting record high.
