COMEX Copper futures tanked to two week low today, adding to losses under $4.30 per pound mark as mixed equities in Asia and Europe capped gains. The commodity also remained under stress due to worries over global trade scenario and continued to give up gains after a strong start to the current calendar year. Meanwhile, China's Shanghai Composite index rose 0.51%. Hong Kong's Hang Seng index fell 0.40%. Japanese Nikkei index added 0.79%. European stocks saw choppy moves amid lack of major economic data. The US stocks added to recent gains yesterday but did not support Copper as the red metal lost nearly 1%.
