Natural Gas tanks to three-week low before marking a recovery

Natural Gas futures saw some rebound today after heavy losses in last session. The futures continued to stay under pressure recently and tanked around 6.60% to test three-week low mark yesterday. With this slide, the futures slid for a fourth session as markets eyed weak weather lined demand in the US and weekly storage builds. Last week's EIA report showed a 110 Bcf injection, taking total US gas inventories to 2,255 billion cubic feets or Bcf, standing 2.6% above seasonal norm. The commodity has shed more than 5% this week after losing more than 12% in the last one. Following this, it is not very surprising to see a modest gain in the futures today. The counter currently trades at $3.14 per mmbtu, up 1.10% on the day.
