Copper sustains above $5 per pound

COMEX Copper futures are witnessing tight moves today, holding just above $5 per pound. The metal saw good gains in last session and currently trades at $5.03 per pound, up 0.32% on the day. Meanwhile, in Asia, China's Shanghai Composite eased 0.40%. Hong Kong's Hang Seng Index ended marginally higher. Japanese Nikkei index spiked 2.65% as Yen fell to ten-month low. European shares saw modest gains. The US equities were supported in last session. The tech-heavy Nasdaq added 0.6% after recording strong gains in intraday moves. The S&P 500 index rose 0.4% while the Dow inched up 0.1%.
