MCX Morning Wrap: Copper slides under Rs 1300 per kg

Base metals eased today. MCX January 2026 Copper futures are trading at Rs 1296 per kg, down 0.60% on the day. The counter slipped under Rs 1300 per kg mark today and stayed weak. MCX Aluminum futures eased 0.52% to trade at Rs 315.95 per kg. MCX Zinc futures also fell 0.19% to trade at Rs 313.70 per kg. MCX Lead futures gave up 0.16% on the day to trade at Rs 191.55 per kg. Nickel futures dipped 0.42% to trade at Rs 1631.50 per kg.
