MCX Morning Wrap: Nickel in green, all other base metals slip

Base metals stayed mostly weak today. MCX February 2026 Copper futures are trading at Rs 1225.10 per kg, down 0.24% on the day. The counter dipped near Rs 1220 per kg before edging higher. MCX Aluminum futures eased 0.08% to trade at Rs 307.05 per kg. MCX Zinc futures dipped 0.22% to trade at Rs 319.55 per kg. MCX Lead futures slipped 0.42% on the day to trade at Rs 188.85 per kg. Nickel futures edged up a bit and currently trade up 0.20% at Rs 1541.10 per kg.
