MCX Evening Update: Precious metals under stress, Silver tumbles more than 2%

Precious metals are under stress today. MCX Gold futures are trading down 1% at Rs 160040 per 10 grams after breaking under Rs 160000 per 10 grams mark in intraday moves. MCX Silver futures are down 2.20% at Rs 259461 per kg after briefly testing highs above Rs 268000 per kg.
