MCX Morning Wrap: Sentiments positive for base metals, Copper gains more than 1%

Base metals edged up today. MCX March 2026 Copper futures are trading at Rs 1220.95 per kg, up 1.10% on the day after testing lows around Rs 1209 per kg today. MCX Aluminum futures added 0.56% to trade at Rs 313.85 per kg. MCX Zinc futures gained 0.63% to trade at Rs 329 per kg. MCX Lead futures moved up 0.24% on the day to trade at Rs 189.90 per kg. Nickel futures edged higher by 0.42% to trade at Rs 1604.80 per kg.
