MCX Evening Update: Gold and Silver futures see intense correction

MCX Bullion futures saw heavy correction today. MCX Gold futures are down 2.14% at Rs 143399 per 10 grams. The counter opened lower and a brief uptick near Rs 145500 per 10 grams in morning moves failed to gain any traction. Afternoon trades saw heavy selling pressure. MCX Silver is also down 2.64% at Rs 219868 per kg.
