Precious metals soar, MCX Gold jumps 2%

Precious metals soared in evening trades. MCX Gold jumped 2% to trade at Rs 145850 per 10 grams amid sustained uptick after recent rebound. MCX Silver also zoomed 1.76% to trade at Rs 227702 per kg. US equities are mixed with DOW quoting up marginally by 0.20%.
