Economic Buzz: US trade deficit narrows on month in Jun-26, imports tank 2.6%

The US trade deficit in goods narrowed to -$101.5 billion in June from -$105.9 billion in previous month as imports fell faster than exports rather than from stronger foreign demand for U.S. goods. Total exports fell 1.8% from May to US$204 billion in June while imports tanked 2.6% on month to US$306 billion.
