MCX Gold futures are trading in positive territory today. The benchmark Sep-26 contract is higher by 0.78% at Rs 148347 per 10 grams. The intraday range was Rs 147310-148749 per 10 grams.The open interest in the counter advanced by 2.58% to 32687 lots. Silver is down 0.32% at Rs 228326 per kg. The open interest in the counter slipped by 0.52% to 29888 lots. In global equities, US markets are likely to open on a positive note. DOW FUTURES risen slightly 0.20%. In Europe, CAC 40 edged up 0.68% and FTSE 100 inched higher 0.16%.
