MCX Gold futures are trading on a weak note today. The benchmark Sep-26 contract is down 0.07% at Rs 156469 per 10 grams. The intraday range was Rs 155727-157396 per 10 grams.The counter has advanced by 1.91% over last one-week. Silver is up 0.59% at Rs 239421 per kg. The open interest in the counter tumbled by 5.52% to 24624 lots. The metal edged higher by 1.71% in last session. In global equities, US markets are expected to open in red. DOW futures have edged lower 0.80%. In Europe, FTSE 100 edged lower 0.40% and CAC 40 eased 0.43%.
