MCX Gold futures are trading on a weak note today. The benchmark Sep-26 contract is down 0.12% at Rs 150827 per 10 grams. The intraday range was Rs 149201-151200 per 10 grams.The counter has collapsed by 6.63% over last one-week.The open interest in the counter plunged by 13.77% to 7044 lots.


Silver is marginally lower by 0.14% at Rs 237300 per kg. The open interest in the counter gained 2.78% to 33120 lots.


In global equities, US markets are likely to open on a positive note. DOW futures have moved up 0.16%. In Europe, DAX Performance Index ticked up 0.05% and CAC 40 moved down 0.18%.
